Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Waitlist Policy By scheduling an appointment or service, the client agrees to the following cancellation and waitlist terms. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without charge up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to appear for a scheduled workshop without notice, may result in loss of any deposit paid, or forfeiture of the appointment, as permitted under applicable law. Waitlist Policy When a service or appointment is fully booked, a waitlist may be offered. The waitlist is limited to a maximum of ten (10) individuals per appointment or service date. If an opening becomes available, waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order added. A waitlist offer must be accepted and confirmed within one hour (1) hours of notification. Failure to confirm within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the waitlist position, and the opening will be offered to the next waitlisted client. General Terms The service provider reserves the right to modify, enforce, or waive this policy at its sole discretion, consistent with applicable Texas law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
